Stress Remedies

• Try to exercise.  Walking is great and helps to alleviate stress.  Try a brisk walk a few times a week or a work out session at your gym.

• Draw yourself a nice hot bath before bedtime.  Light some candles around the tub and soak for a while.  This will definitely help relax you and drive away the stress.

• Chamomile works wonders.  Try drinking some chamomile tea to help you relax before you go to bed at night.

• If there are conflicts at home, always try to work things out prior to going to bed at night.  You never want to leave matters unsettled, because your night will be restless.  Try talking things through and leave things on a positive note before going to bed.

• A nice massage can also help rid the stress.  You don’t necessarily have to go to a massage parlor, you can ask your spouse or one of your children to try massaging your shoulders or neck for a little while.
