In today’s society we tend to be a little more stressed than usual. With the economy the way it has been and jobs being scarce, who isn’t stressed out? One of the most common essential oils used in aromatherapy massage is lavender. Lavender is known for its soothing quality. The smell and feel is also very relaxing. A lot of people burn lavender candles in their home to create a relaxing environment for their family and friends.
Aromatherapy massage is particularly suited to stress-related conditions or conditions with an emotional component.
