Help Me Sleep
Submitted by gkreiter on Tue, 12/16/2008 - 11:48.Once upon a time, in a land far far away, there lived a wood cutter at the edge of the forest. He lived there with his wife and two children.
Every day, the wood cutter went into the forest to cut wood. In the middle of the day, he would sit on a log and eat his lunch. At the end of the day, he would bring the tree trunk back to his house.
Once a week, on market day, the wood cutter would bring his wood to the market and sell it to the townspeople. He would take the money he earned and buy food and clothing for his family.

There are, of course, other causes of stretch marks like fluctuation in weight (gaining and losing weigh causes stretch marks too).

A lot of people suffer from dry damaged hair. It is especially bad during the winter months when the air is cold and crisp. When hair is dry it tends to break easier when combing it and styling it, which makes it harder to care for.

Holiday Food Poisoning

It is the time for cooking, eating and being merry, so you need to be careful of those leftovers in your refrigerator. We all love leftover turkey and ham after the holidays, but it can only be kept in the refrigerator for so long. Hopefully you will never have to deal with food poisoning, but if you do you will want to know what to do quickly.
