Exhausted and Can’t Get to Sleep?
Submitted by admin on Thu, 06/26/2008 - 13:56.When my dad was in his seventies he told me that he was having trouble falling asleep. He also became a light sleeper, any noise would wake him up and then he couldn't fall back to sleep.
Nothing is more frustrating than being completely run down while climbing into bed after a long, hard day and you cannot fall asleep. You keep tossing and turning, looking at the clock and wonder when it will finally come.

He and his mom swallowed many pills a day which I thought was an eccentric habit of theirs, like reading Prevention magazine. I never understood how you could possibly know that you needed zinc or more vitamin B12 than you already got in your food. So I watched them, but didn't learn.
